Bathroom stairs removed by landlord approximately three weeks ago during plumbing repairs and never restored. Bathroom currently requires stepping/jumping across an open construction area to enter and exit. Plumbing leak affected the floor/ceiling assembly between Unit 4 and Unit 20. Notified apartment manager last Monday (7/20) of brown water spots on ceiling. We were told it wasn't an emergency and to not contact him via text after hours. The next day, it started leaking and we notified him via text and submitted a maintenance request through AppFolio. On Wednesday, 7/29, a plumber arrived to inspect the leak. Our apartment manager did not answer the phone or texts, so I let the plumber into the building. Since the leak was coming from upstairs, the plumber said there was
