Per 3/23/05 e-mail from Mark Gibbs: "We've been in this place. There definetely has been some illegal wiring installed in basement & kitchen & it appears to us an illegal ADU created. The electrician indicates that the current owner is being cooperative & really wants to get things fixed & legal. He might only be motivated by malfunction of the wiring. This might be your oppurtunity to get this illegal unit stuff addressed."
