per online complaint: Our apartment has a what I believe is a serious mold problem and water leakage issue. We alerted the landlord that the board was rotting underneath the sink, had mold spores on the wall, and reeked of rot. One room also has water leaking through. He told us we could clean it, hasn't answered calls.
