PER ONLINE COMPLAINT:The rain gutters on the left side of this duplex drain into the pathway between this duplex and my duplex next door (1517 15th Ave S). When it rains, the rainwater flows into the pathway then floods my basement. We've contacted the owner of this duplex and he has refused to fix this until summer.ongoing since 2017
