I am submitting a complaint regarding the property located at 1515 Bellevue Ave, Seattle, WA 98122. The property name is Muse Apartments. On or around June 1, 2025, the building's callbox system was removed. The property management company stated in a May 21, 2025 email to tenants that this would be a temporary removal for repairs. However, they have since explained to tenants that they removed it permanently because it was "too expensive to fix," and no replacement or alternate access system

My building's Callbox has been inoperable for months, and does not make any calls to any unit, resident, or to the building manager. Furthermore. Another resident has made me aware that each resident has a Callbox pin. I have never been supplied with a Callbox pin, and Arboreal Management refuses to provide me with one.

Per Online; The illuminated sign on the front of the multifamily residential building 1515 Bellevue Ave is large, bright, bothersome, and distracting at night.
