Duplicate complaint: 007843-22CPPER CSB:A green tent has camped out for over a week on 16th Avenue between East Yesler Way and Washington Street. My concern is that this camper will encourage others who are camped out one block south of this tent....that group of people have taken over the sidewalks on 16th between Washington and Main and people are no longer able to walk safely on the sidewalks. The trash is really piling up.
