Per online complaint "On the corner of 143 and Ashworth Ave. No, there is a huge mound of dirt that has been there at least 3 years. Now there are 4 wheelers parking on top of it and driving off. Also, there is a business being run out of the detached garage. I think it's construction. (zoning violation) Rental property"
