tenant rights - elevator has been out of service for the last two days. I received an update from the property manager today that they don't expect repairs to begin on either elevator until April 6.

Construction site noise beginning as early as approximately 3:45 AM. The construction activity is creating significant noise during early morning hours and disturbing nearby residents. I have video recordings documenting the noise and the time it occurred.

Both of my apartment building's elevators are non-functional. The building has 6 floors and 2 elevators, but one of the elevators has been out of service for over a month and the other elevator has been out of service for the last two days.
