NOISE--per online--Noise outside at 2AM. Noise noise. Lots of noise. Heavy-duty construction trucks pulled up on our lawn, loud motors running, banging, trucks backing up, generators. You know, noise. Not sleep-through-able noise. Woken from a sound sleep on the back side of an apartment building away from the street, I went out front to investigate. They had to turn off their machines to hear me because the NOISE IS TOO LOUD TO YELL OVER.Me: "What... is happening?"T
