I am filing a complaint because my apartment has not had working heat since September 2025. I have submitted multiple maintenance requests to management and have followed up several times. Each time I was told they are still waiting for parts. In the meantime, they provided a small portable heater that does not adequately heat the apartment. The unit remains very cold, especially at night.
