Our lease includes an in unit dryer which has been broken since November and the landlord and maintenance have been ignoring us. We have put in 4 requests and they keep delaying the fix and not contacting us back. This is becoming a health hazard as we have to hang our wet laundry around the apartment and mold is beginning to grow. I've called many times and they always say they will fix it soon, but never do. The maintenance guy came by once and upon moving the machine a bunch of sulphur smell

I moved in 9/1/2023, and within a week noticed a buildup of humidity and moisture in my bathroom. I filed a complaint 11/13/2023, noting that every time we ran the dryer in my unit, water would form in my bathroom (which shares a wall with the W/D closet) to the point that water would drip down my ceiling, walls, bathroom door, and that my bedroom would be noticeably humid. Maintenance marked the issue "resolved" on 11/20/2023 after a site visit in which they told me to simply run the fan while
