Doing construction all day, hammering banging, these are brand new units, what work are they doing? When complainant went to ask they were told they are adding an addition, no permits. Complainant was able to get into bldg to view, door wide open to Unit C.***Remodeling 5 unit townhome without a permit and inspections. Permit 6485563 to build the townhomes rec'd final approval 1/22/18***
