Per Online: Received a security deposit back from this landlord and it stated that there was a 250 charge for carpet cleaning. This property did not have carpet inside the home and I do not know why I would be charged for carpet in a common area. Further more, there was a dog that roomed the hallways and went to the restroom in the common areas, not my dog. I have emails stating this fact.
