My former landlord didn't return the $1650 security deposit after moving out on 8/31/2025. There was no dispute over the condition of the property, and when I reminded them my forwarding address, their email response on 9/24/2025 said:> Perfect yes I deeply apologize for this as the previous Manager did not process your notice to vacate at all, and I discovered it a few weeks ago.> I'll confirm the status of your refund, but it should be on its way in the mailAs of 11/2/2025 I haven't

There was an illegal water shut off today that we never received a formal notice for. They posted a "entry to premises notice", however the email they sent out had the wrong date saying there would be a water shut off. I asked for clarification and received nothing back.
