My partner and I reported a bedbug infestation to property management at Avenue One. Management has stated they will not cover treatment costs and are requiring tenants to pay based on lease language. However, the lease states tenants are responsible only for infestations "caused by Resident," and management has not provided evidence that we caused the infestation. Driveway is only 8 feet wide and I am constantly hitting the fence and unable to turn my car around and get out or into the building. I have hit my car against this fence multiple time and hit the building twice. Landlord will not expand the driveway.
