Elevator Break Down and Maintenence. I have lived in this building for five years and the elevator never broke down but this year the elevator has been down seven different times. I believe that the maintenence may not be handled properly. There is no notice in the elevator provided last time inspected. I complain to management becasue I am disabled and rely on the elevator but the breakdowns keep happening. Could you check to make sure the maintenece is being done on the elevator. We have had

Gas leaking into apartment from exhaust, would like inspection

My lease states that we will only be charged for cleaning if the apartment is left in bad condition. My apartment manager (Reside Partners) emailed me over 30 days before me moving out and her seeing the condition of the apartment that they "will be charging me a cleaning fee of $100-$320" My lease doesn't state anywhere that there would be a cleaning fee, and that we would only be charged if the apartment is left unclean.
