Per 9/20/07 e-mail from Alan Marchand to Sherell Ehlers (rec'd 10/10/07 by VAS): "I live next door to a re-modeling project # 6087132 (1524 14th Ave S, 98144). My address is 1520 14th Ave S, 98144. Unfortunately when I was out to the my property last weekend (it is a 3 unit apartment building) I noticed water running from the newlyremodeled driveway down my driveway, down my steps and onto my property.There is no drain for the driveway and looking at the slope it is obvious why the water is r
