Do you have the links to the actual noise variance approvals for the Eastlake Ave. E. and Galer/Garfield Electrical work for the Rapid Ride J improvement project? The work has been pretty loud and disruptive to residents here for many weeks and continues into the evenings often without any notice by the apartment managers (Equinox/Greystar), contractors (Jansen) or the City (at least that we can tell as residents). I trust that it was approved, and I understand the work needs to be done.

Construction workers working with loud equipment late into the night. I could hear on 4/7 midnight into the morning on 4/8 at 4:30 am construction noises. They were working by Eastlake Ave E and Garfield Street. On the 4/8 midnight at 12:30 am, there were loud construction drilling, construction workers talking, and loud equipment into the night again but by Equinox Apartments (1524 Eastlake Ave ESeattle, WA 98102). Per Online; We have been living at 1520 Eastlake Aveue East #719 for just over 3 years (we recently resigned our lease). During this time we have made numerous attempts to have our landlord resolve a KNOWN issue with our hot water in our building - specifically our unit. Hot water takes upwards of 45 minutes in the winter time and 7-20 minutes during the summer months. We have complained numerous times without resolution.
