There is a persistent and very strong garbage odor coming from the apartment building's trash room. The odor regularly escapes the trash room and permeates the building's lobby and other common areas, making the lobby smell strongly of garbage. This is not an occasional odor associated with trash collection; it is a recurring condition. I am concerned that the trash room is not being adequately cleaned, maintained, ventilated, or serviced to prevent odors from spreading throughout the building

Building has two elevators, both of which have been unavailable for at least a month at this point. Becoming a major accessibility issue for upper floor residents.
