Both elevators in the building have been down for about 4 weeks at this point. Becoming an accessibility issue for residents on the upper floors and delaying movers being able to access the building.

There are two elevators in the building. One of them has been broken for months. The other has been broken on-and-off for the month of January. None of the repairs made by technicians last very long. The building is has 7 floors, so people with mobility issues cannot safely leave their apartments
