Hot tub was installed by previous owner Nov 2016. After it was installed I started having mobility issues, swollen thighs, sleep problems, eating disorder. UTI's and other medical problems. When COVID hit, the old neighbors moved. My symptoms went away and I lost 20 lbs. The new neighbors moved in May 2020.and my symptoms returned. Per Online;According to 23.44.044 Swimming pools "c. Private, permanent swimming pools, hot tubs, and other similar uses may be placed in a required front or rear yard," The code clearly does not mention a side yard. The neighbors has a hot tub in the side yard between the two houses. The regulations clearly states hot tubs are suppose to be in the backyard. Since the neighborhood has increased, single story buildings have been replaced with larger three story buildings, the air flow has been diminished and becomes stagnant, In this case the air flow has been cutoff by a garage, trees and a fence. Construction workers were pounding and making noise at 8 AM on a Saturday. When I tld one of them they were not supposed to be working, that they were breakinghe law, he just looked at me and left.
