We have had habitability complaints since early July at 1526 Alki Ave SW Apt 203. The management company has taken over a month to respond to our lack of kitchen electricity and sink/plumbing and we don't know how else to have them remedy the issue. We'd like to file a formal complaint to get this settled as we have been renting here for over 5 years and it always takes several months to address repairs. Thank you.

Landslide occurring behind Bayshore West Condominums. Saturday night (12/6/03) condo residents could hear rocks and earth moving. A previous slide at this site filled a portion of the Bayshore West Condominum garage and the residents don't want that to happen again.
