PER ONLINE: The rooftop decking of the Vox Apartments is a cesspool of very visible mold, algae and pools of dog urine leaking out of the dog run. I can send photos. Also, the smell of rotting garbage is wafting throughout the entire building lobby. And the trash room on the garage floor is always sticky and smelly. Can you please inspect? Vox is owned by Essex Apartments.
