Per CSB: there is a mix of recylcing and garbage that has been sitting on the sidewalk/grass for over two weeks and the new owners of this home keep adding to it, and have not taking the trash to the dump. There are no tenants in the home, only people that come to work on it (assuming to get ready to rent it). but this has been here for over two weeks and keeps building up.
