Complaint: LandLord/Tenant
Opened January 9, 2022
Per Online; Building is charging a monthly fee of $43.05 for 'Sewer Capacity Charge' ... this was not disclosed to me before moving in, or in my lease. The amount, $43.05 is also the most significant charge on my monthly utilities billing statement, and not based on usage. It is not a personal charge to me, based on my usage/ using their building utilities, it seems to a developmental cost that they, Faul the owners should be paying as they built this building.

It is extremely dangerous and people have been stuck up there unable to get down. How was this building approved for occupan

Landlord added a sewer capacity charge to our online account claiming it was past due despite us never receiving any prior billing. Heard from neighbors it's a flat fee monthly charge for everyone. We knew nothing about this and its not in the lease. There is also a monthly solid waste charge payable to landlord we did not know about and also not in lease given to us. Brand new building so we assume everyone is dealing with this. Seems to violate some municipal rules
