Per Online;The elevator in the building is not working and there is no way to contact the apartment management service after hours or on non-business days. The emergency maintenance line was called and it was routed to an automated system. Left a message and no return call. Two other numbers for the property manager were called and they routed to a phone that was off and could not accept messages. The elevator in this building was out of service on 10/18 and was
