The elevator in my building has been going out of service multiple times per week since at least March 2025, with 25-30 or more outages of varying lengths over the past year. The elevator has been persistently down several days a month. This has created accessibility issues. We are given vague promises of a final solution with no such fix coming through. Once they fix the elevator, it's down again in short order. It's down again now.

Elevator and entry. The building exit to the roof has a fob access that is not working. The main lobby elevator has not worked in over a month. Other tenants are putting up signs to aggregate complaints about this and management is removing the signs and sending emails saying come to them. I signed a lease with working amenities and the roof access has not worked in way over a month. We have been told no timeline and management says it is the elevator company. The lobby elevator in the building has been out of order for over a month. Building management claims that a routine inspection found an issue and that elevator vendor was waiting on a part to fix it. However, there's no reason it should be taking this long. They have not gotten another vendor in to look at or fix it and are trying to suppress residents' attempts to organize complaints, instead asking each resident to privately email.
