Exposed pipes inside unit (new construction). Have complained about exposed piping to management. Initially ignored and get responses when brought up again. One pipe is an orange pipe - have complained it has emitted foul smells twice at different times and has not been solvedAnother pipe has been exposed but is now in use now that a renter has been found for that unit. This pipe seems to be a drain for washer/dryer and possibly dishwasher as well - goes through closet space and its very lo
