PER CSB: Overgrown vegetation on North side of road diminishing road clearance. Difficult for fire engines to make it through the street with the vegetation combined with street parking on the other side.** PER COMPLAINANT'S 08/18/18 FOLLOW-UP EMAIL **"...we were able to drive Engine 35 by this morning and we were barely able to get through and that was going just a couple miles and hour with branches dragging against the sides of the engine. Again this is on NW 89th
