Building maintenance has confirmed that the outlets in my apartment are not grounded. After speaking with someone that works for the City of Seattle I believe the electrical wiring is out of compliance. The circuit breaker regularly trips. I would like someone to please inspect this. Additionally, there is a humidity/moisture issue and apparent mold in the unit. There is a strong mildew smell in the apartment and high humidity.

Flood in unit, rendereduninhabitable. There was mold in the unit previously. Renters insurance won't cover cost. Landlord says they will only cover one week. I can't find anything for the amount per day they are offering and they are not offering another unit. I would like to break the lease without penalty. What are my rights?
