There are too many cars parked on the driveway lot, which makes it impossible to safely enter and exit the driveway. There are also two cars parked in what is supposed to be one spot, which creates an accessibility issue.

Per online complaint: "This home is vacant. The front porch is accessible by transients and there have been people drinking and sleeping on the porch. The police were called on 11/30/12. In addition, the back overhang by the rear door is accessible and people frequently sleep and drink there as well."

There are discarded building materials piled up the in the backyard and the owner is not maintaining the yard."
