Submitting additional formal complaint of graffiti. Lot is not properly secured. This needs to be addressed immediately before we are forced to take legal action - against the city for allowing this to continue, and the lot owner to recoup expenses paid to combat the crime.

The apartment complex's lease and staff had told me that as a resident, I will have secured parking in the garage for $300/month. They assigned me a parking unit that is 78-inches in width - which is 12 inches (1 foot) smaller than the minimum for a "small" vehicle according to Seattle municipal code (7.5 ft, or 90 inches) and the neighboring vehicles.
