I have had no hot water in my unit for 1 week due to a blown breaker in my electrical panel. It took 5 days for my property management (Keasy AI) and landlord (Chen Zhao) to send someone to make repairs. They were not able to make the repairs due to the outdated and unsafe infrastructure (panel) within my unit. They have been unresponsive in rescheduling another repair person to come update or replace the panel. Pursuant to the Residential Tenant-Landlord Act (RTLA - RCWs > Title 59 > Chapter 5

Mushrooms growing out of carpet at NW carpet of living room. Mold is in the heater filters. Apartment flooded in November 2006. Carpet replaced then. Water leak in wall NW corner of living room.
