Seattle Municipal Code Section 23.44.008.H: "exterior lighting must be shielded and directed away from residentially zoned lots" Residents in this building have been allowed to install exterior accent lights on their balcony. The resident directly across from my condo has installed large Edison lightbulb strings. The resident routinely leaves these on overnight and for days when she is not at home, and they shine into my home all night. I have Hunter Douglas high quality blinds on all my windo
