Large tree was cut down on 7/3/2017, no permits.Per email from complainant: "Concern: Was the whole tree supposed to be cut down or just "dead wood" technique used?Unsafe utilization of wood chipping equipment in residential neighbourhood in very close proximity to the single family dwellings. This was done without any dust control while wood chips of various sizes were flying everywhere hitting the structures including windows.
