Mark Gordon of metroSTRUCTURE (T: 206-420-1907 6900 E. Green Lake Way N., #122 Seattle, WA 98115) is a developer building 3 townhomes at 1547 NW 59th, directly behind our home. Mark had his framing crew (I met with him and he confirmed reluctantly that this is what happened) cut off many branches of our 3 story beautiful Maple tree (this is the only tree in our yard, we love this tree and it is the only thing providing us with privacy from our neighbors) without our permis

The property directly behind ours (1543 NW 59th Street) is being developed as 3 townhomes. The construction crew has had some dangerous safety violations, including dropping heavy pieces of wood/construction debris into our backyard. In addition, the construction has damaged our back fence and is harming a large tree in our backyard. We have attempted to contact the developer for a resolution but he refuses to return our phone calls. At a minimum, we would like the construct
