There is an unpermitted bedroom and bathroom located in a basement with 6 foot 2 inch ceiling and poor egress/ingress. The space is small, prone to filling with fumes from the kitchen, and opens directly to the subfloor. I was a tenant in this property and realized that I had been renting an unsafe space that was not built correctly. i believe that there are currently tenants in the space currently.
