I hired general contractor, Knocking Wood LLC, to demolish and reconstruct the front steps of my residential property with instruction that the steps should be rebuilt exactly as they were . The contractor did not reinstall the bolts that secure the handrails to the steps and the hand rail is loose. When reconstructing the steps, the contractor made the decision to reduce the width of each step landing/tread without consulting or informing me which has resulted in making it more challenging goi
