Per online: RE: the delivery of telephone poles outside my home around 4:30 am on December 2. The noise of the trucks, machinery, and beeping woke us up. Under the residential building codes and noise codes sounds should be minimal until 7am. These early morning deliveries are disruptive to the neighborhood.
