This 157 12th Ave. Property under going construction does not maintain its fronting sidewalk and the planters side. There are a lot of garbage scattered all over obstructing the sidewalk and are slip hazard to public right-of-way. There are also a lot of garbage on the planters side that attracts rodents in the area. Please issue an official letter ordering or notifying them that it is their responsibility to maintain their fronting sidewalk at all times.
