Per CSB;SDCI - Address shoreline management and short term rental - Customer lives on Alki Ave across from water. There is currently another little house on market and the agent is saying it's an airbnb goldmine with $9k per month in income. With shorelines management act customer understood anything within 200 ft of water was not permissible for short term rental. Has that changed? Customer may be interested in airbnb if it's permissible.
