This property is being advertised for sale as of 2/13/24 and states in ad included with dwelling is an "ADU: Attached Dwelling, ADU beds:1, ADU Baths 1" . I've been unable to locate a permit for this ADU. Do you have one on file I have overlooked? It is also advertised as having 6 off-street parking stalls, in addition to 4 covered garage parking areas. Might this 6 off-street parking stalls be detailed within the ADU permit? Thank you.
