Landlord has failed to fix or replace broken washing machine. Machine broke in October 2024 and was replaced with an old machine from another unit in the building. That machine broke in December 2024 and maintenance never fixed it. It broke again on March 19. On March 25th a technician came to repair the machine and found a bigger issue. He said the machine should not be used. Maintenance told me they would replace the machine instead of fixing it. It is now April 2 and the new machine has not

Staff at The Anhalt Apartments, managed by Blanton Turner, have repeatedly violated my tenant rights regarding notice of entry and repairs. Since signing my lease in April 2024, staff have repeatedly given less than 48 hours notice of entry for non-emergency maintenance and repairs. In some cases, the only notice is a knock on the door before entry. Reported maintenance and repair issues go unresolved for weeks and months.
