Per CSB: I cannot exit and leave my apartment safely because my front door will not open! I took the door knob off to see if that would resolve the issue but I cannot open the door. My landlord stop by briefly to resolve the issue by REPLACE THE DOOR handle. But my door does not work. I am crawling out of my window to get in and out. I was locked out for over an hour bc my roommate was asleep and no way got me to open the door.
