per online complaint: Unregistered rental property. No on site tenant parking provided and street parked tenant cars causing damage to neighboring public easements. Vegetation overgrowing sidewalk creating hazard for pedestrians. Loitering in front of neighboring properties at all hours.per follow up phone call: Excessive overgrowth encroaching onto right-of-way. Vegetation is creating hazardous conditions with respect to pedestrian access and line of sight for drivers.

Call complainant first: complainant says this is illegal duplex (2 dwelling units and owner, Joe Martell, lives in Wallingford). Complainant says no exterior evidence of duplex can be seen from R-O-W but they may be able to get one of the tenants to let an inspector in their unit.
