Relevant to Seattle Municipal Code, People's Real Estate, my landlord, has increased rent from $2,275 which we agreed to pay February 2023-2024, after offering us initially at $2,150 on June 6th 2023, then "correcting their mistake" on December 12th (by crossing out the original number & replacing it with $2,225), within less than 60 days of the lease agreement being due (January 31st).
