A fire table has been installed and is actively used on the unit's rooftop. It is placed and used under the pergola structure the erected on their roof top recently. This is a big safety hazard!

A small clear structure has been constructed on top of the open roof of this townhouse. Last year, the occupants put up two clear greenhouse-like structures that had to be dismantled due to a determination made by the city found in 1050899-VI and 005614-20CP. The smaller of the two structures has now been reconstructed as of June 2021 on the open roof of the unit just as before. This time, it is positioned away from the roof ledges, mostly hiding it from street view.
