There is a hedge that is overgrown multiple feet over the sidewalk - you cannot pass the sidewalk with a wheelchair or stroller, or even by walking in some cases.-24-00034672

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: This house in Madrona has a bush in the front yard that is obstructing over half of the sidewalk. I am living in 1608 and we have contacted the property owner countless times to have some one come trim the tree and nothinig has been done about it.
