Per Online; Garbage is regularly left on the planting strip, including big items (chairs, broken shelves). 6-8 trash/recycle bins are left out by the street all week. Loose trash accumulates on the planting strip, as well as dead rodents. The property is a multi-unit rental/AirBnB.
