Per online complaint, dated 5/19/2004: "The property was remodeled in 2000. The plans are not according to the permit (Feb 3, 2000). The permit expired Nov. 2001, no record of inspection. The house has zero footage on the north side and overlaps 1.5 feet onto my property (163). A distressed house (161 18th) which has created distresseful condition(s) for the neighbors (163)."
