PER PHONE COMPLAINT: The building being contructed appears too high. There is the basement level and three (3) levels above the basement. A total of four (4) levels.Permit 6509202

online: According to the Seattle noise code ordinance, construction shall not start before 9 am on weekends and holidays. The demolition crew at this address started work at 7:50 am on Labor day using loud power tools and sledge hammers. Please inform them of the rules & assess fines if necessary.
